Do not feign ill-health at the first sign of lack of human love. 
The love we need is all around us. 
Nourish yourself. 
Learn how, through nature.

Then you will have love to give. 
That love is for extra: play. 
Share that with each other in joy, 
not in the solemn duty of fulfilling needs.
